Professional Cleaner

Tranquillitas Living LLC is an Organization, Lifestyle Management and Cleaning company based in Philadelphia and has clients in Center City, Old City, Society Hill, Rittenhouse Square, Fairmount, East Falls, Germantown, Chestnut Hill, Mt. Airy and surrounding counties including West Chester, Haverford and Ardmore. "Tranquillitas" and the art of bringing tranquility, order and cleanliness to our clients lives both in their homes, studios, office spaces and buildings is of the utmost importance to us. We are extremely thorough cleaners, but we keep apace. Each and every clean is a deep clean. We aim for immaculate results every time.

QUALIFICATIONS

Tranquillitas is expanding and looking for experienced, trustworthy cleaners. Interviewing candidates with experience in residential cleaning, hospitality and organization. Service industry experience is a plus. Stamina, good physical health, positive attitude and energy are key. Keen awareness of space, presence in the work and actually enjoying to clean while caring about making an immediate difference and impact in each space is important. For those who have allergies to pet dander, please note that most of our residential clients have pets (cats, dogs and birds.)

Must have the ability to work independently, complete the required needs of each job, work with professional rapport and adhere to all safety and confidentiality agreements. Driver’s license, reliable transportation, proof of Covid-19 vaccination and references are required.

Employees are always paid for all of their scheduled work, even if a client cancels due to Covid or scheduling issue.
